Давайте вместе окунемся в историю Кирова и окрестностей, начиная с его зарождения. 14 января 1929 года была создана Нижегородская область, охватывающая территории Нижегородской и Вятской губерний. В дальнейшем, она превратилась в Горьковский край, в который вошли не только Нижегородская область, но также Вотская и Марийская автономные области, а также Чувашская АССР. Сложные времена политических изменений в 1930-е годы привели к реорганизации территорий, округов и районов. 7 декабря 1934 года, Кировский край выделился из Горьковского края, включая в себя 37 районов, Удмуртскую АССР, Воткинский и Сарапульский районы Свердловской области.
